Calabash Entertainment 's websites, the posting of any prohibited material contained in the above
list, the content will be properly analyzed, always following the chronological order of complaints. If considered
offensive by the Janitor without prejudice to the exclusion of the post, the User may suffer penalties imposed by
the system ranging from warnings through suspensions and up to, depending on the severity of the act, the immediate
exclusion of the User from the System and the definite blocking of their access to the website and to the software,

other purpose than personal communication, including broadcasting advertisements or promotional materials, chain

to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes for Paid Subscriptions will take
effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. As permitted by local
law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Calabash Entertainment Service after the price
change takes effect. If you do not agree with the price changes, you have the right to reject the change by

software. The Guarantees and commitments present in this clause shall remain in force even after the termination of
